Alloy 825 and 625 are Nickel Chromium Alloys used for highly corrosive services with pitting. Major difference is 825 alloy contains 42% Nickel, 22% Cr and 3% Mo, 30% Fe, whereas 625 Alloy contains 60% Ni,22% Cr and 9% Mo, 3.5Cb.

In addition to above tensile and yield strength of alloy 625 is more than 825.
